All customers wishing to buy products from our online shop need to be approved users, as legally we are only permitted to ship to an end user who is either under the care of a trained and approved healthcare professional or a qualified therapist themselves.
All shoppers, unless previously approved, are requested to register their details using the Subscriber registration form featured below. This includes the name of their healthcare practitioner who has recommended our products. Subscriber requests are approved during office hours Monday to Friday.
Q – How do I find what products I need?
A – At the top of the page, there is a search bar, which can help direct you. However, on the Online Shop page itself, there is a Product Search engine which breaks down the products into categories. All homoeopathic products will be found under the New Vistas brand. If you need to know what category your required product falls under, you can refer back to your practitioner or contact us at New Vistas where we will be happy to assist you. Q – What do I do when I am on the Product Category page?
A – Our products are listed alphabetically in a drop down list. When you click on ‘Select a Product’, you will see a bar that says ‘Choose an Option’. Click on this bar to bring up the list of products under this category. Highlight and click on the required product, then add to basket.
Q – What’s the difference between the liquescence sizes?
A – Liquescences are divided in to two categories. A limited number of liquescences are available in 60ml and 120ml. This is because they come with a pipette dropper and only require dropper dosage. The remainder of the liquescences are available in two sizes – 125ml and 250ml. We always advise the customer to follow the dosage guidelines given by their practitioner. Most other homoeopathic products are provided in 30ml bottles.
Q – Why might I have a problem completing my order?
A – When you are transferred to the payment section via Sage Pay, it is important to select the correct type of debit or credit card you wish to pay with. If the type of card does not correspond with the card details given, this may cause your transaction to be delayed or rejected.
Q – What if I am still having trouble placing my order?
A – We provide a Customer Services helpline five days a week, Monday to Friday from 8.30am – 5pm. Please note the office closes at 4pm on Fridays.
