When we established in 1990 our focus was on the preventative philosophy and optimum health. So it remains today. The search for good health brings us into daily contact chronic illness. Chronic conditions at a sub-clinical and clinical level are widespread in Western Society. It is so because of a variety of factors such as demographic change, lifestyle, environmental pollution, dietary habits, over reliance on processed foods, and the proliferation of chemicals in all walks of life. The degraded environment, the levels of radiation and toxicity have all impacted adversely on the human organism.  As a result our immune systems have been compromised and an allergy culture has emerged.  If the health conditions of this decade are not to become the diseases of the next then new approaches are required including new medicines.
 
Practitioners of natural healthcare are at the forefront in the fight against chronic illness. Their hands on approach is critical to the identification of problems and development of solutions through diet and lifestyle.  Modalities such as Homoeopathy, Herbal Medicine, Naturopathy, Nutrition and Superfoods all have an important role to play.
